Description: The LEGO Group is hiring a Senior Legal Consultant to join its newly established Tax & Legal Operations team within the Global Business Services Operations (BSO). The successful candidate will provide legal support across the APAC region, focusing on contract drafting, review, and negotiation for manufacturing, procurement, and sales. Key responsibilities include supporting the new factory in Vietnam, managing contract lifecycles, and contributing to legal operations initiatives such as automation and process optimization.
Eligibility: Applicants should possess strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Specific experience with Vietnamese law and regulatory frameworks is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and corporate secretarial matters.
