The role serves as a central legal and commercial partner for the region, responsible for owning contract risk end-to-end and spearheading the company’s trade-defence and export-control strategies. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including module supply, EPC, distribution, and service contracts. Beyond standard contract management, the role involves lead responsibility for contract performance, managing compliance risks across the contract lifecycle, and directly engaging in anti-dumping and trade protection matters affecting European operations. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer with a strong commercial mindset. * 5–8+ years of relevant legal and commercial contract experience. * Prior experience working in-house at a solar PV, renewables, or international manufacturing business is highly preferred. * Demonstrable track record of identifying and mitigating complex contract risks. * Direct exposure to anti-dumping/countervailing investigations, trade defence measures, and export control. * Fluent in English (essential); proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) is a significant advantage. * Must possess long-term European work authorisation.
