Inframark is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its global legal and business operations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and business teams, providing practical, commercially focused legal guidance across contracting, disputes, compliance, claims, and risk management. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and will lead a small contracts team. Key Responsibilities:
- Contracting & Commercial Support: Draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, and licensing arrangements.
- Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Advise senior leadership on contract, dispute, compliance, and operational issues.
- Disputes, Claims & Litigation: Manage insured and uninsured claims, evaluate disputes, and oversee outside counsel.
- Compliance & Corporate Governance: Advise on regulatory compliance (including environmental and government requirements) and assist in developing corporate policies.
