Title: Senior Legal Counsel at Midnite Category: Jobs Organiser: Midnite Description: Midnite, a next-generation sports betting and gaming platform, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee complex regulatory and commercial matters. This role is central to the company’s current phase of product innovation and market expansion across regulated environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the legal foundations of the business while partnering closely with executive leadership, product, and tech teams. The role involves drafting and negotiating high-value B2B agreements, including white label and platform integration contracts, as well as managing procurement and supplier agreements. Key responsibilities also include supporting corporate governance and funding rounds, overseeing consumer-facing terms, managing gambling-related disputes, and protecting the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Additionally, the counsel will drive legal process optimization through AI adoption and scalable onboarding frameworks. Eligibility: * Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or equivalent EU jurisdiction. * 4 to 8 years of legal experience within gambling, iGaming, or another highly regulated environment. * Strong background in regulatory licensing and commercial contracting. * Deep understanding of UK gambling regulation, including the Gambling Act and LCCP. * Advanced contract negotiation experience across white label, revenue share, and sportsbook supply agreements. * Experience supporting corporate structuring and funding events. * Solid understanding of data protection frameworks and small claims processes.
