Description: Sunlight Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in Athens HQ. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic legal matters across the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. Key responsibilities include providing legal support for corporate transformation projects (such as M&As, restructurings, and business expansion), drafting and negotiating critical commercial and cross-border agreements, and advising various operational functions on legal, commercial, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also conduct legal risk assessments, ensure compliance with internal policies, and manage external legal advisors.
