Description: CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for a German-based client. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel EMEA & ANZ and serve as an integral part of the legal department. Responsibilities include providing legal expertise in German and International contract, commercial, corporate, and construction law; drafting and negotiating various legal documents (supply/sales contracts, distribution agreements, etc.); and advising internal departments such as Purchasing, Engineering, HR, and Finance. The role also involves managing commercial claims and coordinating with external legal counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must have comprehensive knowledge of German law and business processes. Required skills include strong negotiation, writing, and communication abilities. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in both German and English. The ability to work independently as an in-house lawyer within a multicultural environment is essential.
