Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advisory and contract management support for all procurement activities. The primary objective is to ensure that vendor agreements are legally compliant, commercially viable, and fully aligned with the company’s risk management standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Contract Review & Negotiation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex procurement contracts, vendor agreements, and specialized contracts related to cloud services, software, network infrastructure, and technology.
• Legal Advisory & Risk Management: Advising internal business stakeholders on contractual risks, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and cross-border transactions.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Managing contract amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations while ensuring adherence to corporate governance.
• Standards & Governance: Developing and maintaining standard contract templates, legal playbooks, and procurement frameworks to drive consistency across the organization.

Eligibility Criteria
