Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and hold an active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 6–10+ years of relevant legal experience is required, specifically in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or CDMO industries is highly preferred.
