Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Employment to join their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be a core member of the Employment Centre of Expertise (COE) within BCG's Global Legal Team, serving as the lead employment law advisor and first point of contact for BCG's offices across Iberia & South America (ISA).

Job Description

The Senior Legal Counsel - Employment will provide end-to-end employment law support across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, termination, mobility and immigration, disputes, investigations, regulatory matters, global and local forms and approaches, and advisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
