This high-autonomy, high-impact role combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will act as a strategic legal partner, supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, etc.).
• Support corporate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel.
