Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts).
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
- Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks and translate developments into actionable guidance.
- Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.
