Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance in fast-moving markets.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.
• Proven experience handling complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters independently.
• Proficiency with modern digital tools, including Google Workspace and AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, or equivalent).
