Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. You will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, requiring both depth and agility to support international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
  • Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance.
  • Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality legal outcomes.
