You will act as a strategic legal partner, owning corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions. The position involves supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance in fast-moving markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
- Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance.
- Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.
- Proven experience handling complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters independently.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with modern digital tools, including Google Workspace and AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, etc.).
