This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and regulatory approvals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including trading, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts.
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
• Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and provide actionable guidance.
• Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure cost-efficient legal outcomes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
