This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. You will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts).
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
