Jobgether is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. The position combines corporate, commercial, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, requiring both depth and agility. You will support international expansion, complex transactions, and ongoing regulatory compliance in fast-moving markets, working closely with senior leadership to directly influence business decisions and risk strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring, market entry strategy, and regulatory approvals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, service, and partnership contracts).
- Support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures.
- Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks in key markets and translate developments into actionable guidance.
- Manage and coordinate external counsel to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient legal outcomes.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in a top-tier law firm or leading international/regional practice.
- Proven experience handling complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters independently.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align legal advice with business objectives.
- Proficiency with modern digital tools, including Google Workspace and AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, or equivalent).
