Thinking Search is seeking a talented commercial lawyer to join their team as a Senior Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will supervise a small team and operational projects, supporting a team of lawyers and paralegals delivering high-quality commercial legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary legal contact
- Supervise a small team of lawyers and paralegals across a broad commercial contract portfolio
- Manage team capacity, workflows, quality, and client stakeholder communication
- Support the negotiation and delivery of a wide range of commercial, media, and tech contracts
Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE
- Proven experience in general commercial contracts, ideally including media and tech agreements
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
