The role involves partnering with members to identify professional goals, enhance leadership and communication skills, and solve workplace issues using Mento’s proprietary coaching methodology. Selected candidates will participate in an immersive, ICF-certified coach training program prior to working with members. This is a remote contract position paid on an hourly basis with additional performance bonuses.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive with at least 20 years of experience leading legal teams within or adjacent to the technology industry. Candidates must possess high emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and the capacity to commit at least 12 hours per month for a minimum of 24 months. Candidates must be based in North America or Europe.
