Senior Legal Specialist (Renewable Energy) at CME - Copper Mountain Energy

CME - Copper Mountain Energy is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an international company, renewable energy, infrastructure or reputable law firm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft, review contracts related to renewable energy project development.
• Conduct legal due diligence on energy projects.
• Provide legal advice on project compliance, licensing matters and applicable regulatory.
• Provide legal counsel and support in resolving disputes or issues arising with partners and clients during project development and operations.

Requirements:

• Licensed lawyer in Vietnam is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in contract drafting/review, particularly for project-related agreements and corporate legal matters.
• Strong contract drafting and legal documentation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate governance framework and regulatory compliance.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to identify and communicate legal risks in practical manner.
