This position is designed for legal professionals with significant supervisory experience in the government sector, focusing on corporate legal affairs and statutory compliance within the infrastructure and transport industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and vetting critical documents, including agreements, tenders, work proposals, and MOUs. Key responsibilities also involve managing legal proceedings, coordinating with empanelled lawyers for court cases and arbitration, and ensuring statutory compliance under various frameworks such as Labour laws, the PF Act, and Tax laws. Additionally, the officer will handle RTI matters and public grievances. Eligibility: * **Educational Qualification:** Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year regular course or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized University or Institute. * **Experience for Senior Section Officer (Legal):** Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification supervisory level experience in the government sector. * **Experience for Section Officer (Legal):** Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification supervisory level experience in the government sector. * **Specific Skills:** Proven expertise in drafting legal documents, handling statutory compliance, and managing litigation/arbitration. * **Preference:** Candidates currently working with Metro Rail, Railways, Railway PSUs, or RRTS will be given preference.
