**About the Role**

This role is for a client seeking a senior professional with combined trust administration and legal-related capabilities.

The position is designed for an individual who can operate across both trust and legal functions, depending on their background and experience.

Candidates with strong experience in either a professional trust institution or a licensed law firm are welcome to apply, particularly if they also have exposure to the other area.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the full trust lifecycle, including client consultation, onboarding, and ongoing trust administration

• Support the establishment and administration of trust structures

• Work across trust and legal-related matters as required

• Assist in matters related to trusts, succession planning, asset holding, and wealth structuring arrangements

**Requirements**

**Trust Experience**

• At least 5 years of experience within a professional trust institution

• Ability to independently manage the full trust lifecycle from client consultation through to ongoing administration

**Legal Experience**

• At least 5 years of experience within a licensed law firm

• Experience advising on trusts, succession planning, and asset holding or wealth structuring arrangements

**Preferred**

• Exposure to both trust administration and legal-related work

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently
