Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Corporate Counsel to join their team in the United States. The successful candidate will serve as a key strategic partner to business and executive leadership, providing counsel across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters in a fast-growing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end legal support across technology transactions and commercial contracting
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Customer Success teams
  • Support product development and go-to-market initiatives by advising on product legal requirements, terms of service, and regulatory considerations
  • Partner on privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR, CCPA, customer data obligations, and privacy impact assessments
  • Contribute to M&A and corporate development activities, including due diligence, transaction execution, and post-merger integration support

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the United States
  • 6-8 years of legal experience for Senior Corporate Counsel level, or 8-12 years for Director-level consideration
  • Strong background in technology transactions, SaaS agreements, commercial contracts, and related licensing arrangements
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration activities
