Jobgether is recruiting a Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel (Consumer Litigation & Regulatory) on behalf of a partner company. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a rapidly evolving fintech environment. The role involves leading litigation strategy, regulatory response, and enforcement management across a broad portfolio of consumer financial products and operations. The position offers significant strategic influence, visibility, and ownership over critical legal and regulatory initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead legal strategy and response efforts across consumer litigation, class actions, arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters.
  • Partner with external counsel to oversee defense strategies, case management, discovery, motion practice, and litigation budgets.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and operational processes for litigation holds, document management, and regulatory response procedures.
  • Advise executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory developments, and potential business implications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to proactively mitigate risks.
