- Lead legal strategy and response efforts across consumer litigation, class actions, arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters.
- Partner with external counsel to oversee defense strategies, case management, discovery, motion practice, and litigation budgets.
- Develop scalable frameworks and operational processes for litigation holds, document management, and regulatory response procedures.
- Advise executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory developments, and potential business implications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to proactively mitigate risks.
