The successful candidate will serve as the primary counsel for site acquisition and development teams, advising on real property matters including title, environmental issues, zoning, and entitlements. Responsibilities include leading negotiations for purchase and sale agreements, advising on debt financing transactions, and managing relationships with outside counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and be a member of a U.S. state Bar. A minimum of 7 years of legal experience, specifically in real estate development and finance, is required. Experience in the data center industry and a background in both major law firms and in-house settings are highly preferred.
