Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Attorney at Revecore, your primary objective will be to maximize reimbursement outcomes for healthcare provider clients. Daily responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and disputing denied insurance claims by drafting persuasive administrative appeals.
• Reviewing contracts, provider agreements, and federal/state regulations to support denial resolution strategies.
• Drafting comprehensive appeal components addressing complex contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues.
• Collaborating closely with internal analysts, clinicians, and operations specialists on complex cases.
• Conducting targeted legal research to enhance appeal effectiveness and support business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Bar Admission: Preferred, but not strictly required for highly qualified candidates.
• Experience: 0-2 years of healthcare experience; exposure to revenue cycle management is a plus.
• Skills: Superior analytical, critical thinking, and persuasive writing skills.
• Geographic Restriction: Candidates must reside in one of the approved US states listed in the job description (including Texas, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and others).
