As the principal legal advisor to the executive team and Board, the successful candidate will be accountable for legal strategy across product, customer, and corporate domains. The role involves leading a high-performing team of over 35 legal professionals across multiple time zones and driving legal innovation within the Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctorate or be a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction. A minimum of 10 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) is required, including at least 5 years serving as a General Counsel, Deputy GC, or Assistant GC within a corporate legal department. Candidates must have experience managing distributed teams and working in a remote environment.
