The role focuses on advising clients, including leading corporations and private equity sponsors, on the tax aspects of complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and fund formations. The firm operates across a wide range of industries, including transportation, food, and emerging sustainability sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures, as well as supporting real estate investment trusts (REITs) and capital markets transactions. This is a partner-track position that offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure, and mentorship within a collaborative and entrepreneurial professional environment.
