The position offers a hybrid work arrangement following an initial onboarding period, with a base salary range of $260,000 to $365,000 per year. Eligibility: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * 3–5 years of experience as a Tax Associate Attorney in transactional or finance-related work. * Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility for admission). * Strong academic credentials and analytical foundation. * Demonstrated interest in finance-related legal work. * Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation, MBA, or relevant government/tax authority experience.
