Participants, known as Fellows, are placed as full-time teachers in under-resourced schools in various Indian cities. The program is designed to provide Fellows with the opportunity to develop leadership skills while making a direct impact on the lives of children in underserved communities. Throughout the duration of the fellowship, participants join a movement of nearly 1,000 Fellows and a vast network of over 4,500 alumni working across various sectors to advocate for educational equity. The fellowship serves as a platform for personal and professional growth, offering unique perspectives on the systemic challenges within the Indian education sector and fostering lifelong professional connections. Eligibility: * Candidates must have completed their graduation by June/July 2026. * Candidates must be applying for the 2026 Fellowship cohort for the first time (since July 2025). * Candidates must be a citizen of India or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
