This is a fully remote position that offers high-quality litigation work without being tied to a physical office. Responsibilities include managing insurance defense matters from inception through trial, taking and defending depositions, handling high-exposure liability claims (bodily injury, premises, complex liability), and playing a key role in trial strategy.
Eligibility: Applicants must have at least 4 years of insurance defense litigation experience and meaningful trial exposure (first-chair or second-chair). A background in general liability or personal injury defense is required. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar and be based in the Orlando area to attend court appearances and key litigation events.
