The VGS team provides strategic, technology, and operational services to clients in the legal, professional, and financial services industries. This role serves as a unique hybrid, combining the legal expertise of an attorney with the flexibility of a consultant to assist clients in procuring goods and services while optimizing business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for redlining and editing contract language based on playbook standards, supporting negotiations to optimize terms and conditions, and identifying risk mitigation strategies. This is a matrix-style role where the counsel will work closely with project members and client personnel to facilitate the review of various vendor agreements, including SaaS, professional services, and data privacy agreements. This is a fully remote position that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
