Description: Honeywell is recruiting for the position of Vice President and General Counsel, Asia Pacific. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role involves providing in-region leadership for a team of approximately 10-15 legal and contract professionals. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning regional legal operations with Honeywell's global strategy and ensuring high-quality legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary legal contact in the Asia Pacific region (excluding China) for the U.S.-based Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and General Counsel for ESG and International.
• Provide commercial and pragmatic legal advice across a wide spectrum of issues, including corporate secretarial, commercial contracts, environmental, intellectual property, compliance, labor & employment, and M&A.
• Lead and execute matters of strategic importance, such as joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
• Manage regional litigation, dispute resolution, and external counsel.
• Oversee the regional integrity and compliance program, including conducting preventive law training.
