This executive role acts as the central resource for legal inquiries across the enterprise and serves as the principal liaison with external counsel. The position is designed to internalize critical legal, compliance, and governance responsibilities while providing strategic support to a fast-growing healthcare platform. The Vice President will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors, offering practical healthcare legal expertise and a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance, managing physician contracting, and providing leadership for the compliance function.
