Vice President–Legal Counsel (Equity Derivatives) at BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas is seeking a Vice President–Legal Counsel (Equity Derivatives) to join their team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will provide transactional, structural, advisory, and documentation support for BNPP’s Global Market businesses in North and Latin America and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on, analyze, and review complex flow/exotic and corporate and strategic equity derivative transactions
• Review and negotiate exotic and flow equity derivatives transaction documentation
• Draft custom derivative and QIS templates
• Provide legal advice to front office personnel in relation to standard and bespoke derivatives transactions

Requirements:
