Description: FUJIFILM America is seeking a Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance and counsel for FUJIFILM Americas Headquarters and its subsidiaries, oversee the legal department, manage corporate governance, and lead matters related to M&A, intellectual property, compliance, and risk management.
Eligibility:

• J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• 15+ years of executive legal experience, preferably in life sciences, medical devices, or biotechnology.
• Active membership in the New York State Bar, or member in good standing of the State Bar of another state or District of Columbia.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Salary & Benefits: $350,000 - $375,000 depending on experience, along with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, and Paid Time Off.
