The successful candidate will lead the drafting and negotiation of data center leases and service agreements with enterprise customers and hyperscalers, advise on deal structuring for complex transactions, and manage outside counsel. The role involves shaping the contracting framework for large-scale digital infrastructure initiatives.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. Requirements include at least 3 years of direct experience negotiating large-scale data center lease agreements and a minimum of 5 years of overall legal experience. Experience with commercial real estate financings is preferred.
