The Legal Counsel will act as a critical strategic partner, overseeing commercial and tech transactions, reviewing marketing materials, supporting asset management, and navigating complex regulatory environments associated with blockchain and decentralized AI.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and tech transactions, deal structuring, and negotiation.
- Identify legal and business risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
- Review marketing and communications materials to balance regulatory considerations.
- Support asset management matters and monitor regulatory developments in decentralized AI and blockchain.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
- 3+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house preferred).
- Experience in technology, blockchain, or decentralized AI sectors (crypto/Bittensor knowledge preferred).
