The firm has over five decades of experience providing legal, taxation, regulatory, and advisory services to a diverse range of domestic and international clients across commercial and financial sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex corporate restructuring assignments, including mergers, demergers, and schemes of arrangement before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Key responsibilities include drafting and finalizing legal petitions, advising on stamp duty implications for business transfers, and providing general corporate advisory support regarding governance and regulatory compliance. The role demands a professional capable of collaborating with internal teams and liaising with regulators and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of restructuring schemes. Candidates are expected to conduct rigorous legal research and analysis to support the firm's corporate advisory assignments. Eligibility: * LL.B. degree from a reputed institution. * 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE). * Additional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) is desirable. * Strong understanding of corporate law, restructuring processes, and stamp duty matters. * Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight timelines.
