Eligibility:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized Indian university.
• Associate Membership (ACS) with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with a valid current membership.
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience (combination of corporate law firm and in-house legal roles preferred).
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in legal compliance review and interpretation of Indian laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and ensure corporate governance compliance.
• Oversee regulatory filings and manage board meetings/resolutions under the Companies Act.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
