• Strong courtroom and advocacy experience, with exposure to matters before District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.
• Strong legal drafting and research abilities.
• Professionalism, ownership, and advocacy skills.
• Preference will be given to Delhi-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling complex litigation matters.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions.
• Appearing before courts.
• Participating in litigation strategy conferences.
• Independently conducting matters and coordinating on active litigation files.
