- Long Articles: 5,000โ8,000 words. Comprehensive analysis of contemporary problems, lacunae, and policy alternatives.
- Short Articles: 3,000โ5,000 words. Focused analysis of IPR issues with pragmatic solutions.
- Legislative Comments: 2,000โ3,000 words. Critical review of a recent legislative instrument. (Single author only).
- Case Comments: 2,000โ3,000 words. Detailed analysis of a recent judicial precedent's ratio decidendi and impact.

Application Procedure & Required Documents
- Submit manuscripts electronically as an MS Word (.doc/.docx) file via the official Google Form.
- The manuscript must include an abstract of maximum 300 words and five keywords on the first page.
- The main manuscript must be completely anonymous, containing no names or institutional affiliations of the author(s).
- A separate cover letter must accompany the submission containing author details, qualifications, contact number, email, and postal address.
- The manuscript title must follow the format:
[Your Name & Category of Submission]. - Formatting must comply with Times New Roman text, specific font sizes, and Harvard Bluebook (21st edition) citation style via footnotes. Similarity index must not exceed 10%.
