The journal examines how global governance and technological transformations influence legal frameworks. Published quarterly, IJLCS adheres to COPE ethical guidelines and employs a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure high academic standards. Submissions are currently invited for Volume II, Issue II (April – June 2026). The journal accepts a variety of manuscripts, including research articles, case notes, legislative reviews, book reviews, and short commentaries. While the journal provides a non-exhaustive list of themes—such as Human Rights, Environmental Law, and Criminal Justice—authors are encouraged to submit original work on any relevant topic within the journal's broad scope. Eligibility: * Manuscripts must be original and previously unpublished. * Submissions must maintain a similarity index below 15% (excluding references). * Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of the manuscript is strictly prohibited. * All submissions must adhere to the Harvard Bluebook (20th Edition) citation style. * Manuscripts must include a 250–300 word abstract and five keywords.
