Description: AlphaSense is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its India Compliance Review Team. The role primarily involves reviewing expert call transcripts, conducting compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing expert call transcripts for confidential or material non-public information.
• Conducting due diligence and compliance reviews.
• Escalating non-compliance issues where necessary.
• Researching financial reports and regulatory filings.
• Managing internal and external communications and maintaining workflow records.

Required Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication, proofreading and research abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
