Description: Tech Mahindra is hiring a Corporate Counsel for its Noida office. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts, managing government tenders, and mitigating legal and contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts.
• Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, Procurement Agreements, and EPC/Turnkey Contracts.
• Managing government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Handling contracts involving software licensing, cloud/SaaS, and AI-related agreements.
