Title: FSSAI Internship 2026 (April – June) Category: Internships and Small Projects Organiser: Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Description: The Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is inviting applications for its Internship Scheme for the April–June 2026 cycle. The program is designed to provide students with unique learning opportunities in the fields of food regulation and safety administration. By fostering an inter-industry-academia association, the internship allows young talent to gain practical exposure to the apex body responsible for food standards in India. The internship is offered for a minimum duration of two months, which may be extended up to a maximum of six months. Interns will be attached to various divisions within the FSSAI Headquarters, Regional Offices, or Laboratories. The selection process involves an initial shortlisting followed by a potential requirement for candidates to submit a short write-up or presentation for final evaluation. Eligibility: * Students pursuing a full-time Graduate, Post Graduate, or higher degree from a recognized institute in India or abroad. * Academic backgrounds in Law (Bachelor or Master of Law). * Students of Business Administration & Management, including Policy Regulation, Finance, Taxation, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, and Statistics. * Students of Information and Communication Technology, Entrepreneurship, and related fields. * Post Graduate Degree/Diploma students in Public Policy or Public Administration (specifically for FSSAI Headquarters).
