CertifyOS is seeking its first internal General Counsel to architect and lead its global legal infrastructure during a hyper-growth phase. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, the selected candidate will transition legal operations from an outsourced model to a high-performing internal function. Key responsibilities include managing US commercial law and revenue enablement (drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and Data Use Agreements), global compliance, and data governance across US and India-based operations.Eligibility:

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) with 8–12 years of progressive legal experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven experience transitioning a company from an outsourced legal model to an internal team.
• Expert-level knowledge of US commercial law, including SaaS revenue models and usage-based contracts.
• Direct experience working for an Indian subsidiary of a US-headquartered company.
• Ability and willingness to work 100% overlap with US business hours.
