Description: Talent Corner HR Services is hiring a Head of Legal to oversee legal operations with a primary focus on the real estate sector in Mumbai and Thane. The role involves managing SRA project litigation, interpreting land records (7/12 extracts, mutation entries), and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. Key responsibilities include drafting and vetting legal documents, coordinating with external law firms and counsels, appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities (High Court, RERA, SRA, etc.), and maintaining legal MIS. The position reports directly to the COO.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess an LL.B. or LL.M. degree with 15–20 years of total legal experience. A minimum of 10 years of specific experience in Mumbai real estate matters, including expertise in SRA projects and the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Central Suburbs or within a one-hour commute to Sion.
