The role involves managing SRA project litigation, interpreting land records (7/12 extracts, mutation entries), and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations. Key responsibilities include drafting and vetting legal documents, coordinating with external law firms and counsels, appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities (High Court, RERA, SRA, etc.), and maintaining legal MIS. The position reports directly to the COO.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess an LL.B. or LL.M. degree with 15โ20 years of total legal experience. A minimum of 10 years of specific experience in Mumbai real estate matters, including expertise in SRA projects and the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, is mandatory.
