This opportunity allows successful candidates to collaborate with policy experts and specialists on global issues, helping them build essential analytical and technical skills within a high-level international environment. The programme offers a robust support structure, including a monthly contribution of 1,000 Euros toward living expenses for interns based in Paris. Participants benefit from 2.5 days of leave per month (for internships exceeding two months), access to various online and teacher-led training sessions, and the chance to engage with an active intern community. The OECD also provides flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of teleworking from outside the duty station. Eligibility: * Must be enrolled in a full-time accredited degree programme (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) for the entire duration of the internship. * Academic background must be in a field or discipline related to the work of the OECD. * Minimum availability of at least one month (though four months is encouraged). * Excellent command of at least one of the two official OECD languages (English or French), with a working knowledge of the other. * Strong quantitative, IT, drafting, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international team environment.
