OakNorth is seeking a Legal TET Intern to join its Legal team in Gurugram. This internship offers a practical opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, growing bank. The intern will support the Legal and Transactional Execution teams in managing lending transactions and compliance workflows.Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist the team in tracking deal milestones and preparing documentation for lending transactions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Learn how loan agreements and security documents are structured, and support reviews under supervision.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Shadow interactions with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and external counsel to understand execution workflows.
• Disbursement & Records: Help maintain transaction records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
• Process Learning: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and gain exposure to best practices in legal and financial operations.
